1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AceX app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our app. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service

2. Service Description

AceX is a sports social platform that allows users to:

• Connect with other athletes and sports enthusiasts
• Find and book venues for sports practice
• Buy and sell sports equipment
• Hire and offer coaching services
• Organize and participate in sports events
• Share achievements and progress

3. Registration and Account

To use AceX, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities on your account

4. User Conduct and Protection of Minors

IMPORTANT: AceX is a family-friendly platform that can be used by minors. To ensure a safe environment for everyone, you agree NOT to:

• Post content with sexual connotation, sexualization or nudity - Extremely serious violation subject to immediate account deletion without prior notice
• Make comments of a sexual nature or inappropriate for minors - Will result in comment deletion and possible permanent ban
• Post offensive, defamatory, violent or illegal content
• Harass, intimidate, threaten or bully other users
• Share personal information of minors
• Solicit private contact with minors outside the platform
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with the operation of the app
• Create fake or multiple accounts without authorization
• Promote or encourage dangerous or illegal behavior

Zero Tolerance Policy: Any content or comment with sexual connotation will be removed immediately. Depending on the severity, the user's account will be suspended or permanently deleted without possibility of appeal. Serious cases will be reported to the appropriate authorities

5. Marketplace and Transactions

When using the AceX marketplace:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions
• Transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers
• AceX is not a party to transactions and does not guarantee product quality
• You agree to comply with all applicable commerce laws
• Service fees may apply according to our pricing policy

6. Coaching Services

For professional coaches:

• You must have valid qualifications and appropriate certifications
• You are responsible for the quality and safety of services provided
• You must maintain adequate professional liability insurance
• You agree to our credential verification policy

7. User Content and Moderation

When posting content on AceX:

• You retain all rights to your content
• You grant AceX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute your content
• You warrant that you have all necessary rights to the posted content
• You warrant that the content is appropriate for all ages, including children under 13
• You understand that all content undergoes automatic and manual moderation
• You accept that we may remove content that violates these terms without prior notice

Comments Policy

All comments must:

• Be respectful and constructive
• Be related to the posted content
• Be appropriate for minors
• Not contain offensive, vulgar or sexual language
• Not promote hate, discrimination or violence

Moderation System: We use artificial intelligence and human moderation to review content and comments. Users who repeatedly violate our policies will have their accounts suspended or permanently deleted

8. Intellectual Property

The AceX app, including its design, logo, source code and original content, is the property of AceX and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AceX is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. You use the service at your own risk

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AceX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the service

11. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
• Remove content that violates our policies
• Modify or discontinue the service at any time
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

12. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of AceX after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes related to these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of the United States
